How can I take good photos? This article has some tips on how to do that.

Taking photos is easier than shooting movies.

Golden Intersection

The Golden Intersection (see image) is where you automatically look first. It is located in the left and upper thirds.

It's a pretty simple trick to place the object in one of the intersection points. If you take prominent lines such as the horizon on one of these lines, it also gives quite a good looking effect.

Create

An object can be made free-form if you blur the background by depth-blurring it. This can be achieved by opening the aperture as wide as possible or by setting the f-number as small as possible

If you photograph people in front of a neutral background, this has a similar effect. For example, duch the one flash is very easy to achieve (See title image).

Freed images

In motion

When you shoot people in motion with fast shutter speed (e.g. with the sports mode), it also looks very great.

The other wariante is, you move with the moving person (or object). That means you always aim the camera at the moving person
