Play fun in the neighbourhood

An afternoon of Jungschar in public - mingling with the public

Guaranteed to be an absolute HIT!

Jungschar in public

- this was the goal of this special event. We consciously wanted to get out of our localities, to mingle with the population, in order to become something tangible for them. Playgrounds and lawns in residential areas offer a unique opportunity. A playground is an offer for the population and also a good way to bypass the "pious inhibition" of a chapel.

The following afternoon has been successfully run as a "kick-off" for an Ameislijungschar; but it can equally be planned as a promotional event for an existing Jungschar. If there is no playground available, school grounds, sports facilities, swimming pools, central village squares, etc. are also suitable for such an event.

The preparations are quite intensive if someone has not already "thought ahead". So we are happy to share some thoughts and preparation steps with you.

Concept and offer of the afternoon A wide range of games, as balanced as possible, is open to the children throughout the afternoon. Each post is marked with a post sheet and is supervised by a leader (one leader sometimes supervises several posts at the same time). The children choose the order of their posts themselves
