Introducing Juropa/Youngstars

A unified concept of children's and youth work in local churches/communities, with the aim of proclaiming the gospel holistically.

To provide opportunities for children and young people to hear the gospel in a way that

- To choose Jesus,

- to grow in discipleship and

- be integrated into a local church.

In this way we support and strengthen them in their relationship with God, in their character development and in their ministry to people - in order to make a positive impact on their families, their church and the world around them.

Youngtars (YS) is self-defined as a complementary offering that provides experiential recreational opportunities in children and youth ministry. In partnership with existing groups and ministries, Youngstars seeks to fulfil 5 biblical mandates ("Purposeful Youth Work", Doug Fields): worship, evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and service.
