Gain Self-Knowledge Through the 10 Commandments
Texts on this in the Bible: Exodus 20:1-17; Deut. 5:6-18; Matt. 5:17-7:29; 22:34-40; Gal. 5:16-24
Materials needed: a table (coffee table; standard), bowls (at least one or more identical ones), or circles.
Turn a table upside down; participants divide into two teams, which line up next to each other.
Mark off a throwing distance; each participant takes turns throwing the bowl or ring once to hit one of the table’s first two legs. If the throw is successful, one additional throw may be allowed. If the pot/hoop hits one of the last two legs of the table, the point is awarded to the opposing team. After 10 or more throws, the game ends and the winner is declared.

Participants line up at a distance of approximately 3–6 meters from the leader.
The leader will stand with their back to the participants.
At the start, participants try to move as quietly and smoothly as possible so that the leader cannot hear them. The goal is to reach the leader and take their place. From time to time, unexpectedly, the leader will give the command “freeze” and turn around. This is the moment when the participants must freeze. If the leader spots someone who has moved, that person will be asked to return to where they started.
The person who reaches the front first will take the leader’s place, and the game will resume.
No materials are needed.
